Terms and Conditions

Last updated: February 2025. By using GTA Bot (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

1. Acceptance

Using the Bot (including accepting the in-Discord Terms of Service via /start) means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and the rules of any server where you use the Bot.

2. Game Rules and Nature of Service

• The Bot is a roleplay and entertainment product. All in-game actions (crime, money, heists, etc.) are fictional and for fun only.
• Respect other players and server rules. No harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior.
• There is no real-money gambling. All currency and items in the Bot are virtual and have no cash value.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Harass, bully, or engage in toxic behavior toward other users or staff.
• Attempt to exploit, cheat, or abuse the Bot (bugs, automation, or unauthorized access).
• Share inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content via or in connection with the Bot.
• Impersonate staff, other users, or the Bot’s operators.
• Use the Bot for any illegal purpose or in violation of Discord’s or a server’s rules.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent ban from the Bot and/or the support server.

4. Account and Data

• Your game progress is stored securely and used as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may reset or delete accounts for rule violations, security reasons, or to maintain fair play.
• Bot features, economy, and rules may change without advance notice. We reserve the right to ban users who violate these Terms or server rules.

5. Disclaimer

The Bot is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, always available, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of virtual progress, data, or in-game items.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot. Our total liability is limited to the extent required by applicable law. The Bot is for entertainment only; you use it at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For significant changes, we may announce them in the support server.
